Cooking Class

What better way to enjoy the Italian cuisine than by hand making the pasta yourself!  It was an interesting experience trying to understand the Chef and his instructions (all in Italian of course), and knowing that everyone was going to be eating your dish and it was therefore important to get it right...









































Truth be told, most of us spent so much time sneaking morsels from each other's prep table and sipping vino, that it is amazing that we actually had a finished dinner on the table!  Our accomplishment was dined outside on the terrace of our school overlooking Siena during the sunset.  Delicious!  Bon Appetite!
